为了进一步推进养老和家政服务标准化建设,提高服务质量,保障老年人的健康和安全,维护养老和家政服务行业的可持续发展,根据《中华人民共和国行政法规制定条例》等有关法律法规,现就养老和家政服务标准化专项行动方案如下:
一、 养老和家政服务标准化建设的总体思路
(一)以提高服务质量为核心,以推进行业标准化建设为重点,结合实际,把握好标准制定和修订的步调,确保标准的有效性、可操作性和可行性;
(二)充分发挥行业协会的作用,鼓励企业参与标准的制定和修订,把企业的技术创新和经验纳入标准设计,推动行业标准化建设;
(三)加强行业管理,推动行业自律,推动行业标准化建设,推动行业组织建设,推动行业技术创新,推动行业发展。
二、 养老和家政服务标准化建设的具体措施
(一)加强行业标准的制定和修订。结合行业实际,加强行业标准的制定和修订,完善养老和家政服务标准,明确行业服务范围、服务内容、服务质量、服务安全、服务价格等内容,确保行业标准的有效性、可操作性和可行性。

Preface
In order to further promote the standardization of elderly care and housekeeping services, improve the quality of services, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of service recipients, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the "Special Action Plan for Standardization of Elderly Care and Housekeeping Services" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan").
I. General Requirements
